Rejuvenated Skin Supplements
I adore these products. I started using them myself in the run up to surgery and my healing results were unbelievable. Having had rather a lot of surgery over the years, I was astounded at the difference in my healing.
Not only that, but my skin significantly improved too. My dry patches on my elbows went, my dry eye syndrome vanished, causing me to no longer need eye drops – and I definitely have a ‘glow’ and softness to my skin that I have never experienced.
So this got me thinking that these products could really help with hydration levels and skin texture during cancer treatment. I have been working closely with Kathryn at Rejuvenated regarding the suitability of these products. The Collagen Shots, H30 Hydration and H30 Supplements are so beneficial to skin hydration.
It is very important that you speak with your medical team and seek Consultant approval before starting to take any supplements. There is an ingredient in the H30 range that may not be suitable for some patients, as the ingredient slightly thins the blood – it is called resveratrol.
The suitability will depend on the medical treatment you are receiving. If you click on this link, it will take you to the supplements, where you can view the ingredients. https://www.rejuvenated.co.uk/product17/Ultimate_Radiant_Skin_Pack.php

Finishing Touches Group – Trainers in Medical and Cosmetic Micropigmentation
I get contacted almost on a weekly basis by people asking me for advice on training in this industry. Asking who I trained with and who I’d recommend for training. So I thought it was a good idea to include the lovely Finishing Touches team in my recommendations!
As you’ll see from my list of qualifications, I’ve done a LOT of different training courses and workshops! I am super passionate about this industry and I believe that it’s really important to keep up to date with the latest techniques and to refresh my skills. As a result, I’ve trained with most of the industry leaders in this field.
I can honestly say that, hands down, I’ve had the best experience with Finishing Touches Group. I have been on a number of courses at Head Office in Haywards Heath and they have all been exceptional. I’ve attended advanced workshops and also a Level 4 Qualification for Scalp Micropigmentation, mostly in the medical field, as this is my passion. The quality of the training is EXCEPTIONAL – right from the start. Their online training is brilliant for the Level 4 qualifications and the trainers are so passionate about the treatments they are training you in. The BEST thing for me is the ongoing support, second to none. I know I can phone up and ask a question and someone is there to help me. They even invite you back if you need a refresher or confidence boost in a treatment, I know many technicians that have done this.
I also order a lot of my stock from FTG and I have their medical machine, their medical machine is brilliant and they also offer a loan service if your device is ‘poorly’. You know you are buying from a quality supplier and that all of their needles and equipment are of the highest quality. I see far too many suppliers pushing out cheap alternatives and it makes me cringe when I think that clients are being treated with substandard products!
So if you’re interested in getting into this industry, get in touch with the team and FTG. Amanda is their Training and Sales Manager – she will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Let Amanda know you heard about them from me and I know she’ll look after you!

It’s there for the families, too, guiding, counseling and supporting.
I highly recommend Mary at Compleet Aesthetics in Alton. Mary is a trained and experienced Makeup Artist and she specialises in mineral makeup. Spriggs Chiropractic and Nutrition Clinic
WOW…I cannot recommend Helen and Mark highly enough! I was completely blown away visiting their Clinic in Newbury. They have a unique approach and combination of treatments for their patients, combining Mark’s expertise in Advanced Chiropractic BioPhysics (the most researched and evidence based form of Chiropractic by the way), with Helen’s expertise as a Nutritionist . I loved their visionary and holistic approach to treating patients, plus they both have an absolute passion for their specialisms. With on-site testing, x-ray facilities and a plethora of rehab equipment – they really do offer an exceptional service.
Many ladies have postural pain or discomfort following breast surgery. Mark is able to help restore postural balance and help realign the body, using gentle and effective techniques.
There is also a power plate on site – there have been a number of studies that have shown positive results in improve bone density using vibration based treatment. This is something my clients that have been through cancer treatment are often concerned about. Please do visit Mark and discuss this treatment with him.
Helen is an exceptional Nutritionist and will work with you to improve your overall well being. One of the things that makes Helen so unique and valuable is the fact she will treat you holistically, rather than treat just one set of symptoms.
A dynamic duo with a wonderfully supportive approach to client well being. I recommend them both very highly!
