Nipple Tattoo and Areola Enhancements is also referred to as Medical Tattooing post mastectomy tattooing, but it is one and the same treatment.

During your treatment I use bespoke medical pigments, that are designed to adapt to your natural skin tone.  The pigments used are very different to traditional tattooing, allowing for a much softer and more realistic result.

Using the latest advanced techniques and a good dose of creativity, I can design you a beautiful 3D areola & nipple that is just right for you. My treatments are carefully adapted for you, to ensure the most natural and realistic result.

Is a nipple tattoo suitable for me?

I carry out nipple tattoo procedures for a number of reasons, not just for breast cancer patients.  Below are some examples of why you might come to me for this treatment;

• Post breast cancer surgery, following either a major lumpectomy or single/double mastectomy.
• Post breast augmentation, where the areola and/or nipple has been moved or removed.
• If you have uneven areola’s and wish to gain more symmetry.
• If you are post transgender surgery.
• If you are looking to darken or enhance your natural areola.

I often combine a nipple tattoo with micro needling scar reduction treatment. I have found that combining these two treatments enhances your overall results.

Breast cancer patients

I am an approved Medical Tattooist for BUPA private medical insurers for a 3D areola and nipple tattoo for breast cancer patients. My fees are now covered in FULL for BUPA patients, as long as it is part of your policy cover.

If you are insured with other providers then please check with them regarding your cover. Most insurers will either cover your treatment or make a contribution towards it.   For all insurers other than BUPA, you will need to pay for the treatment yourself and claim the cost back.
